Stage 1
Start your onboarding
After you complete the webform, we'll contact you to start onboarding. This includes collecting necessary information for due diligence and sending you a letter of engagement. Once signed, we'll proceed to the next stage,
Stage 2
Data collection and triage
We will submit mandates to HMRC and NHS pensions to obtain your Rectification information. After receiving it, we will complete the triage stage and notify you of the outcome.
Stage 3
Calculations and submission
If a full submission is needed, we'll perform detailed calculations of your rectification position and provide a comprehensive report on your revised tax status. After you sign the report, we'll submit it to HMRC for processing.
Stage 4
Billing and compensation
After your report is submitted (or if full calculations weren't needed), we'll issue an invoice. Once paid, we'll help you claim compensation from NHS pensions.
